Account Manager
Role and Responsibilities
Selling a number of business products, cultivating and maintaining accounts for all your clients
Dealing with large businesses, ensuring that enquiries are answered and clients receive a high level of customer service
Building a rapport with your client base to encourage further sales
Generating new businesses by cold calling, offering a range of products and services
Candidate Qualifications
At least one year’s experience in a similar role preferred
A charismatic individual with an approachable personality
An excellent communicator, via both written and verbal communication
A target driven individual who can work towards calls and sales goals
The ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

Customer Service Agent
Role and Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and emails to resolve customer queries
Ensuring that each customer receives the highest possible level of customer service
Building a rapport with your client base and supporting the onboarding of new clients
Supporting other team members where required
Candidate Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service preferred
An individual with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive and organised individual who can plan their time effectively
Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work under pressure and think on your feet

Role and Responsibilities
Contacting businesses to discuss various products and services
Booking meetings for sales executives, liaising with them beforehand
Answering queries via phone and email, sending further information if required
Working inline with the internal sales funnel to ensure goals are met
Meeting and the sales targets and working to exceed them where possible
Candidate Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential
An individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets
An excellent communicator, via both written and verbal communication
Someone with an outgoing and approachable personality
An individual who can think on their feet and has good problem solving skills
