Role and Responsibilities

  • Selling a number of business products, cultivating and maintaining accounts for all your clients
  • Dealing with large businesses, ensuring that enquiries are answered and clients receive a high level of customer service
  • Building a rapport with your client base to encourage further sales
  • Generating new businesses by cold calling, offering a range of products and services

Candidate Qualifications

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role preferred
  • A charismatic individual with an approachable personality
  • An excellent communicator, via both written and verbal communication
  • A target driven individual who can work towards calls and sales goals
  • The ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

Customer Service Agent

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and emails to resolve customer queries
  • Ensuring that each customer receives the highest possible level of customer service
  • Building a rapport with your client base and supporting the onboarding of new clients
  • Supporting other team members where required

Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • An individual with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and organised individual who can plan their time effectively
  • Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sales Agent

Role and Responsibilities

  • Contacting businesses to discuss various products and services
  • Booking meetings for sales executives, liaising with them beforehand
  • Answering queries via phone and email, sending further information if required
  • Working inline with the internal sales funnel to ensure goals are met
  • Meeting and the sales targets and working to exceed them where possible

Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • An individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets
  • An excellent communicator, via both written and verbal communication
  • Someone with an outgoing and approachable personality
  • An individual who can think on their feet and has good problem solving skills
